We provide on-site hosting to retrieve your files as quickly as possible at no charge to you. Getting set up couldn't be easier; simply contact your Sales Associate to have an account ready same day!
Knowing Your Options
Web FTP
Our Web FTP is the ideal solution for anyone only needing to upload small files (under 20MB) or a limited number of small files. Once you have a username and password simply go to https://ftp.printcraft.com. It is recommended that when sending multiple files you compress or zip them into an archive using a program such as StuffIt(Mac) or 7-Zip(Win).
FTP access credentials
Customers needing to send files larger than 20MB are urged to use an FTP Client. A brief list of clients tested and known to work with our server at listed on the right side of this page under Recommended Software. There are three pieces of information required to connect using your client software;
- Username provided by your Sales Associate
- Password provided by your Sales Associate
- Server Address ftp.printcraft.com (do not include 'https://')

Print Craft does not sell or endorse any third party software for ftp file transfer.
Our FTP server is fully standards compliant and works with any standards compliant FTP client software.For your convenience, we list here a couple of ftp utilities we found on the net. One or the other may be useful for you to use. This is not an endorsement, validation, or guarantee that this software will work for you or on your particular platform. There are many others that could be listed here.
